Human understanding is one of the most consequential and difficult problems there is.
It shapes individual life, relationships and — eventually — organizations. Yet human behaviour, identity and connection remain hard to observe clearly, hard to interpret honestly, and hard to make useful without reducing people to a single signal.
GravityPullIndex exists to explore technology that can make patterns of human behaviour, identity and connection more observable, interpretable and useful — without pretending the question is already solved.

The Question

The Pursuit
A longstanding investigation into human personality, behaviour and connection.
Over more than two decades, the direction that became GravityPullIndex drew on sustained observation and study of why people behave in particular ways, why certain patterns recur, and what signals may be observed in human interaction and relationships.
That exploration moved through several traditions of understanding people — Western astrology and horoscope traditions, later Vedic and Chinese astrology, and continued study of different approaches to human personality and behavioural patterns. These traditions form part of the historical exploration, not the scientific basis of the company's work.
The Convergence
Several areas of study and experience converged around a common problem.
Later study of psychology — including university study and working relationships with psychologists — brought a more evidence-oriented perspective on personality and human behaviour.
Combined with a background in software engineering and a longstanding interest in technology, these areas formed the basis for the company's current direction. Not every framework explored along the way became part of the final product.
