What happens when we stop asking only who people are — and begin asking what happens between them?
Human understanding has traditionally focused heavily on the individual.
Personality asks who someone is. Dating asks who someone might meet. Compatibility asks how well two people might match. Advice asks what someone should do.
Personal Intelligence
Understanding the individual — identity, behavioural patterns, tendencies, personal development and self-understanding.
Relationship Intelligence
Understanding what emerges between people — interaction, attraction, communication, conflict, attachment, alignment and recurring relational patterns.
Personal intelligence provides the view of the individual. Relationship intelligence adds the dynamics that emerge between people.

A meaningful intelligence system should not simply produce an answer. It should make the reasoning behind that understanding increasingly visible, while remaining honest about uncertainty.

A relationship is more than two individual profiles.
